Email support →Refund policy
Charges are triggered automatically when you miss your reviews. Because you agreed to this when signing up, charges are generally final.
We issue refunds only in the following cases:
✓ Double charge due to a technical error on our side
✓ Charge triggered despite verified server downtime
✓ Charge on a day you can prove the addon sent a completed report
We do not issue refunds for forgetting to open Anki, setting the wrong penalty, or changing your mind.
If unavoidable circumstances prevented you from doing your reviews, you can contact us before midnight on that day to dispute the charge before it happens. Explain what happened and we'll review it. Once a charge has been processed, we cannot reverse it.

Frequently asked questions
This can happen if the Anki addon didn't sync before midnight. The addon sends a report every time you sync Anki — make sure you sync before the end of the day. If you believe it's a server error, contact us with your User ID and we'll check the logs.
Log in to your dashboard and click "Pause". Pauses take effect the following day to prevent last-minute abuse. During an active Lock In you cannot pause — you would need to break the block first (30% fee applies).
Log in and click "Remove card" in the settings. Card removal takes effect the following day. Once removed, no further charges can be made. You can add a new card at any time.
70% of every penalty goes to your chosen charity (FOUR PAWS, Rainforest Trust, or Doctors Without Borders). The remaining 30% covers operating costs. Charity donations are transferred manually each month.
Yes. Card details are stored entirely by Stripe — we never see your full card number. Stripe is one of the world's most trusted payment processors and is PCI DSS compliant.
